Coming from a business background with a creative eye and a certain charm, Jennifer Stevens is one that you would call a triple threat: precision, quality and care all come into play. Writing, the name of her first love, served as an outlet for her during those tween years of growing pains — so much, that she became a nationally and internationally published writer by age 12. The art of dress was another art form that she found, and thus developed an appreciation for fashion.

Jennifer has developed a network of well-respected individuals that work within the art and fashion fields. After working marketing and public relations positions for luxury brick-and-motor establishments as well as international e-shops, she decided to combine her two loves — writing and fashion, into one.

Her dedication and her motivation to push boundaries is felt through her writing, where she relates her writing pieces to human experience. She paints a picture worth painting, along with using diction that stimulates your senses. This translates into her work and overall drive. She also creates concepts, participates in photo shoots and consults.

When it comes to Jennifer's styling and creative direction, she dresses and sets the mood for what most resembles her personal lifestyle. All of her subjects will feel empowered, a sense of freedom and of course sexy, with a dab [or two] of darkness. Every project that she takes on, she leaves a piece of herself that is forever remembered and perhaps carried over.

Today, Jennifer has taken her love for fashion, relationship building and communications to the next level at Local Color, where she is the New Business Director. Tying in her love of connecting people with seamless communication, this new career path is a great new chapter in her life that she is excited to partake in. You can also find her on her tumblr, which showcases her elephant-like memory.

Jennifer also writes résumés and bios... just like she wrote this one.
